Staff Cafe Attendant

Seeking one full-time, permanent Staff Cafe Attendant, required to split shifts, with opportunities for overtime. The wage will be negotiated based on experience, for 35-40 hours per week.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues
• Keeps work station clean and organized including fridge’s, countertops and cooking equipment
• Ensures that station opening and closing procedures are carried out to standard

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
• To create a positive environment, this ensures that all employees focus is towards meeting or exceeding guest satisfaction

Terrace Bartender

We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Bartender,required to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays withopportunities for overtime hours.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to provide memorable dining experiences, exceeding our guests’ expectations
• To have full knowledge of all food and beverage menus in the Terrace and all other special promotions in the hotel

Shipper & Receiver

We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Shipper & Receiver, required to work day shifts with opportunities for overtime hours. The salary for this position is based on experience, 32-40 hours per week.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
• Ensuring all products are received that have been ordered
• Ensuring all products are received as are on the invoice
• Ensure that all health and safety codes are followed as per receiving and storage of products
• Prompt timeliness of food products to be put away to maintain proper storage temperatures.
• Check any items that are received for proper quality
• Review weekly function sheets and organize accordingly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage facilities
• Ensure all products are stored correctly as per box instructions/ labelling and management direction
• Maintain a proper rotation of all products in store rooms
• Maintain all pop machine product and change levels and account for all monies received
• Ensure loading dock area is clear and safe for all deliveries
• Assist in inventory each month

Ideal Candidate:
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Chef De Partie

Seeking a full-time, permanent Chef De Partie, required to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays with opportunities for overtime. The salary for this position is based on experience, 32-40 hours per week.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities for a formal hotel dining room
• Estimate food requirements, prepare and cook meals and specialty foods including dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

• Cook trade certification required from a recognized vocational or technical college
