I wanted to drop you a line to let you know that the staff of the Banff Park Lodge were fabulous and everything went very well.

The participants loved the Banff Park Lodge and we wanted to thank all the staff who helped make this such a success from our Conference Service Manager who helped me coordinate this event; the Catering Manager and his staff, the Chef for absolutely wonderful food and presentation, the front desk staff and concierge staff for their help and the list could go on and on. The Glacier Room and the Summit Room were perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything better.

Not sure if anyone mentioned this to you, but Saskatchewan was so impressed they think that since they have to host the event next year that they should hold it at the Banff Park Lodge! Don't be surprised if you hear from them.

As a meeting convener, the Banff Park Lodge is my favorite place to have a meeting. It can be stressful making sure all of my delegates are taken care of and ensuring that everything will be in place when we have a meeting.
