  1. Do you have high speed Internet access in the guestrooms?

    Yes, the hotel has free wireless internet access in all guestrooms and public areas. A password is required and is provided at check-in.

  2. I will be driving to the hotel. Where can I park?

    We offer heated underground parking. Height restriction is 6 feet. For larger vehicles we offer limited over height parking on-site at the rear of the hotel. No RV, trailer, or other oversized vehicle parking available.

    Charges for self-parking are $14 per day and is subject to availability. Plug-ins are available during the winter months. Underground parking is not guaranteed.

  3. What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is any time after 4 pm. Check-out is 11 am. An early check-in or late check-out can be requested and is dependent on availability.

  4. Can we book activities directly at the hotel?

    Yes, you can contact our Concierge who will be happy to assist you with booking sightseeing tours. Please dial “0” and ask from the concierge or stop by the concierge desk in the lobby.

  5. Do you have Room Service and if so, what are the hours?

    Room service is available between the hours of 7am - 11am and 5pm - 10pm. A $3 room service fee and 18% gratuity will be applied. Please dial “2410” from your room to reach our room service team.

  7. What are the Pool, Hot Tub, Steam Room and Gym Hours?

    The hotel offers an Indoor Pool, Eucalyptus Steam Room, Hot Tub, Hot Plunge Pool and Exercise room. The pool area is open 8am - 11pm and adults only after 9pm.

  8. How far is the hotel from Banff Ave?

    Our hotel is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk from the town center.

  9. Is breakfast available?

    Our Crave restaurant offers a buffet breakfast for $22.95 plus GST. Breakfast is served from 7am - 11am Monday through Friday and from 7am - 12pm Saturday & Sunday.

  10. Can I request a room with a balcony?

    All our 2nd and 3rd floor rooms include a balcony, whilst our 1st floor rooms have a patio area. Chairs can be provided on request. Please dial “0” on your in-room phone to request chairs.

  11. Do the guestrooms have fridges and microwaves?

    All our rooms have a fridge. Microwaves are only available in our Parlor and Lodge Suites.

  13. Is Housekeeping stay service available?

    If you are staying 4 nights, you will receive housekeeping stay service after 2nd night of your stay. For stays of 5 or more nights, housekeeping stay service is available after every 3rd night of your stay. If you wish to dispose of your garbage or recycling earlier, please leave it in a closed bag outside your door. Our team can pick up garbage or recycling between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. We do not offer housekeeping stay service for guests staying 3 or fewer nights. If you require any extras, please dial “0” on your in-room phone and our team will deliver them to you.
