Banff Park Lodge puts the comfort of its guests ahead of all other considerations. For business or leisure, at any time of the year, you'll enjoy friendly, efficient service enhanced by the hotel's many amenities.

Parking:

We offer 2 acres of heated underground parking space – height clearance is 6 feet. You can choose to park your vehicle yourself or let us valet park it for you (daily fees apply). For larger vehicles we offer limited on-site parking behind the hotel; winter plug-ins are available.

Shopping:

Several onsite shops, including a beauty salon, fashion outlets and newsstand shop with limited postal service are available for you shopping pleasure. A wide variety of international shops are available within a two minute walk.

Concierge:

Concierge services are available 24 hours a day to help you with your luggage or take care of your holiday needs and help you plan your day's activities.

Valet:

Same-day dry cleaning service is available for your convenience (Exception Sundays and Statutory holidays). The hotel has self service coin operated washers and dryers available on the premises for your convenience - laundry detergent provided.

Sport Equipment Storage:

Complimentary secure ski, snowboard and bicycle storage is available in designated areas. Please ask our concierge for assistance with your sport equipment.

Transportation:

For transportation to and from the Calgary International Airport (YYC) we recommend the Banff Airporter. Visit www.banffairporter.com for further information.

During the ski season shuttle buses to the ski resorts are included with your hotel ski package. Convenient pick up and drop off at our front door is available several times each day in the ski season.

Taxis and limousines services are readily available; please contact the concierge if a booking is required.

Safety & Security:

We want our guests to feel secure when staying with us. For that reason we offer 24-hour security and duty managers on premises.

If you are traveling alone and wish to secure a room on a higher floor, please contact us in advance or let us know during your check in.

The entire complex has a sprinkler systems, heat and smoke detectors and meets the Alberta building standard requirements.

All guest rooms have complimentary in-room safes big enough to store a laptop and other valuable. Complimentary safety deposit boxes in various sizes are available at the Front Desk.

Sorry, we do not allow pets. However our sister property the Homestead Inn does allow pets. Please follow this link to their pet information.
