Duties include: 

  • Carrying luggage for hotel guests
  • Offering information regarding features of hotel rooms and hotel services
  • Offering information and making bookings for local attractions and points of interest
  • Maintaining luggage storage areas
  • Providing valet parking services

The ideal candidate: 

  • Has previous customer service experience
  • Is physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy luggage
  • Is friendly and engaging and enjoys talking to people
  • Holds a clean Class 5 Alberta Driver's License
  • Is able to work occasional overnight shifts

Conference Services Manager (CSM)

  

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the CSM will be responsible for all aspects of servicing conference groups. 

 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Has a hotel background, preferably in conference service/sales or food and beverage
  • Is proficient in word processing and Windows-based software
  • Has excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Is a detail-oriented, professional, dedicated individual familiar with the needs of conference clients
