Assistant Front Office Manager
We are accepting applications for an Assistant Front Office Manager.
Duties include:
Creating a positive work environment, thus ensuring that all employees' focus is towards meeting or exceeding guest satisfaction
Promoting hotel services to in-house guests and following up on guest concerns
Assisting the Front Office Manager in operating the department in an efficient and financially responsible manner
Assisting with training new staff
Ensuring that the hotel is operated in a safe and efficient manner and responding to any emergencies while on shift
The successful candidate will:
Have a proven record of employment in a similar-sized resort or hotel with at least two years of supervisory experience
Be self-motivated, well organized, an initiative taker, and a hands-on leader with high personal working standards
Be experienced in working with Visual One PMS or a similar windows-based property management program
Be able to compose and type professional business correspondence
Be bondable and able to provide a clean RCMP background check.

Restaurant Manager
We are currently accepting applications for a Restaurant Manager for our all-day family restaurant, The Chinook.
Duties include:
Creating a positive work environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction
Hiring and training new staff
Creating staff work schedules
Working with sales and catering departments to co-ordinate guest functions
Recording sales, accepting payments and ensuring cashouts balance at end of shift
Helping to serve tables and running food when required to maintain service levels
The successful candidate will:
Have at least 5 years food and beverage experience with two years management experience
Have a dynamic personality with strong leadership and interpersonal skills and an aptitude for training
Be flexible in availability as both morning and evening shifts are required
Have excellent customer service skills with high service standards
