Chinese Buffet – Monday 6 pm – 9 pm

Featuring Dim sum, stir-fry’s and other authentic Chinese dishes.

Example Menu:

Crab and Corn Soup, Green Salad, Rice, Szechuan Beef, Soya Steamed Chicken, Sweet and Sour Bassa Filet, Fried Vegetarian Rice, Seafood Lo Mein and Steamed Bok Choy with Garlic and Oyster Sauce.

Chef’s Station:

Shanghai Shrimps - Shrimps in Sherry, Chopped Ginger, Green Onions & Sesame Seeds.

Served Item:

Dim Sum and 4 Sauces.

Dessert:

Supervised Ice Cream Cart.

South-Western Feast with Live Music – Thursday 6 – 9 pm

Featuring Alberta beef, baked ham, Corn on the cob, potatoes and more.

Example Menu:

Green Salad, Potato Salad, Ancho Chilies with Cheese and Peppers, Smoked Salmon, Roast Beef, Baked Ham, Baked Beans, Southwestern Buffalo Lasagna, Calamari Vera Cruz.

Chef’s Station:

Prairie Oysters with Peppers, Jus, Onions and Flambéed in front of your eyes.

Served Item:

Game Chili.

Dessert: Includes Dessert Buffet.

Seafood Buffet with Live Music – Friday 6 – 9 pm

Featuring various hot and cold seafood delights including snow crab legs and Shrimp Flambé station.

Example Menu:

Green Salad, Cucumber Salad, Beet Salad, Sliced BC Smoked Salmon, Seafood Terrine, Assorted Smoked Fish, Fresh Mussels, Seafood Paella, Shrimp and Scallop Stir-Fry, Garlic Rice, salads and Fresh mixed Vegetables.

Chef’s Station:

Jumbo Shrimp Garlic, fresh herbs and Flambéed with Brandy in front of your eyes.

Bavarian Buffet with Live Music – Saturday 6 – 9 pm – New in 2012

German themed buffet including braised cabbage, potato salad, sauerbraten, smoked pork and spaetzle.

Example Menu: Green Salad, Cucumber Salad, Assorted Smoked Fish, Potato Salad, Wurstsalad, Sauerkraut, Sausages, Smoked Pork loin, Sautéed Spaetzle and Braised Cabbage.
