Contactless Check-In

Use your mobile phone to open the garage, to access our elevator, and to enter your room. Download your Digital Room Key and skip the line at Check In. Online room registration opens at 4 pm one day before arrival. You will receive an email & a text inviting you to complete contactless check-in online.

Pool, Steam Room & Hot Tub

Hours: Daily from 6 am – 11 pm.

Quiet Hours: 9 pm – 11 pm.

Our pool area includes a swimming pool, plunge pool, Eucalyptus steam room and hot tub for you to unwind after a day of adventure. Lockers are available free of charge to store your belongings. We also offer an exercise area including treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and free weights.

Parking

We offer heated underground parking, with a height clearance of 6 feet. Winter plug-ins and a complimentary car-wash are available. As part of our commitment to the environment, Banff Park Lodge is proud to offer 2 electric vehicle charging stations. Limited outdoor parking is available only for vehicles over 6ft in height at the rear of the hotel. Parking availability is not guaranteed.

Oversized Parking – $7 per night

Due to limited parking, we can currently only accommodate one vehicle per room.

Concierge

Banff Park Lodge offers 24-hour-a-day concierge services to assist with your luggage, take care of your holiday needs, and to recommend and help you plan daily activities in-and-around Banff.

Transportation

We recommend the Banff Airporter for transportation to and from the Calgary International Airport (YYC).

During the ski season shuttle buses to the ski resorts are included with your hotel ski package, and convenient pick-up and drop-off at our front door is available several times each day.

Taxis and limousines services are readily available, too, so please feel free to contact the concierge if a booking is required.
