Welcome! Banff Park Lodge Collection operates 3 hotel properties – Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites. We also operate 2 restaurants – La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient food & beverage service,
• Work as part of a team to provide a consistently high standard of service in areas such as meeting set ups and all functions,
• Demonstrate professional and positive image to guests and colleagues at all times,
• Effectively assist guests with queries and concerns,
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment,
• Report any deficiencies in equipment or level of supplies to the Banquet Supervisors,
• Ensure the equipment and all work areas are maintained to hotel standard,
• Properly stock all convention equipment in appropriate stores as per the hotel standards,
• Other tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

• Flexible schedule required,
• Must be physically cable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds,
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and follow up skills,
• Bar experience an asset.
