During our Construction period, there have been changes in how to access guest rooms while elevators are out of order and some entrances are inaccessible. When you arrive at the hotel, one of our team members will personally guide you to your room. Proceed directly to the front desk in the main lobby to collect your room keys, parking pass, and digital key code for your room.
Once you have checked in, Open Flexipass App and use your phone as a Digital Key to gain access to your room and Banff Park Lodge common areas, including Parking Side Door, Secondary Lobby Entry and Pool. Guests that agreed to parking charges will also be able to open the Parkade Entrance off the Caribou Street. The below map outlines our property and aids in your navigation, so please take a moment to locate the parking and your room.
Head South on Lynx Street, keeping the hotel on your right. Take a Right turn at the corner of our building onto Caribou Street. Turn Right again to the Garage Door. Unlock the entrance door with your physical or digital room key and proceed inside. The parkade follows a one-way system where the Rundle Wing is closest to the entrance and Cascade Wing is closest to the exit. The Rundle Elevator is Out Of Order during renovations, please use the Cascade Elevator to access the Lobby Level, Pool, Gym, and our Restaurants.
Vehicles taller than 6 feet will need to park in our Oversized parking directly behind the hotel. Please note it is easier to unload your vehicle at a lobby entrance than from the oversized parking area. Our concierge is available 24 hours/day if you’d like assistance with your luggage. To park please proceed to the back of the building, accessible from both Wolf Street and Caribou Street, then park in any spot labeled “Hotel Guest Parking Only”. If all these spots are full, please check for space in the parking lot at Bow View Lodge Hotel, the white building next door to our oversized parking area. For guests arriving without a car you can proceed directly our Main Lobby to check in at Front Desk and receive your keys and access code. you need room keys, further directions, concierge services, or assistance with your luggage proceed directly to one of our Lobby entrances on Lynx Street .
If the last two digits of your room number are 34 or below, your room is in the Blue section on the above map. There are two entrances you can use to reach your room: One is at the front of the hotel, on the corner of Lynx Street and Caribou. The other is at the back of the hotel, near the Parking Side Door closest to Caribou Street. There are two doors here,to reach your room from the Parkade you will need to exit through the Parking Side Door and re-enter the hotel through the door on your left.
If the last two digits of your room number are 57 or above, your room is in the Purple section on the above map. There is one entrance to use for accessing your room, located on the back of the hotel near the parking side door closest to Wolf Street. Thre are two doors here, to reach this door from the parkade you will need to exit through the parking side door and renter the hotel through the door on your right.
If the last two digits of your room number are between 40-55 your room is in the green section on the above map. Proceed to the main lobby entrance as you will be using the elevator or indoor staircase in the central portion of our Cascade Wing.
